These girls don't realize what they have and it is about time hey have a reality check. They have no clue what responbilty is and have no clue what is to workand that there kids out there wokig there hands to the bone to get what they really need to live. The parents are to blame as well because they raized their kids with out teaching them responablity what makes you think now that they are going to be responseable????? They have had every thing brougt for them, gaven to them abd pretty much every thing that they want they get. What are they going to do when mommy and daddy isn't there any more?? The girls are not going to be able to mke it because they haven't had to work all their life so I think it is reallty great idea that there are going to countiries that have next to nothing andare struggling to make it. I REALLY HOPE THAT THEY LEARN A LESSON FROM THISBUT MOST LIKEY THEY WON'T AND COME HOME AND CRY TO MOMMY AND DADDY AND GET WHAT EVERY THEY WANT AGAIN ITHINK THE PARENTS NED A LESSON AS WELL.

Its about time. They dont realize there are kids their age right here in the US starving and God knows what else. A reality check is LONG overdue!! Some of them werent so far gone that they cant change but others were off the hook ROTTEN!!

This is High Class ****!!! Parents? Why didn't you train up your children in the right way at first... Instead of wasting your precious time and money after they are so grown? These hard back grown adults shouldn't even be living under your roof with that kind of attitude. (Bend the tree whilst its young). It seem to me that you slack parents are very proud of your lazy, rude, intolerant, incompetent, ignorant children. (After all they are your finished product). So I really don't understand the point you are all trying to prove now. Why didn't you take the money that you're sending your kids off with and spend on the family they are going to be spending the week with... (God alone knows if they are actually going to be gone for a week or less). All of you are slackers. Look at these lazy buggers faces with a nice big smile on it... Then there going to come on the show and pretend to cry "Oh why did my dad send me here" (Duh stupid, so he can make some extra dollars so that you can spend some more of his money when you get back from your "trip", you spoilt bighead)! MTV...? Please make a show that makes better sence the next time. If you were sending your kids to the dungeons of Asia, Yugoslavia, Africa, Suriname or Hati to MAKE A LIVING for THEMSELVES with no additional help from family or outsiders for 6 MONTHS I would have sit in front of my T.V. with pleasure and look at this show. This is not enough... I don't think anything will be learnt from this experience for the parent or the kids. The most that will come out of this is that you will miss your spoilt brat for a week...! Then MTV is going to do an update to catch up on progress of your spoilt kids... to make this show LOOK effective! Whatever with your CRAP!!!

These ****** girls should be there for over a month, maybe even a year. They should see the REAL WORLD and that's not going to happy in a week. I hope Melley(whatever her name is) gets a real life lesson in Peru(that is where i'm from) and experience how they live.

They only go for a week!! They should be sent there for a month! This selfish brats need to learn responsibility and hard work, I can't believe she doesn't have a job after high school! The way she treats her parents disgusts me, and I can't believe they let her treat them like that! Finally they woke up and are sending this naive spoiled brat away, maybe she'll come back with a little more respect for others, but from the videos these brats are so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to others! WAKE UP THE WORLD DOESN'T REVOLVE AROUND YOU!
