Mindi and Shane plan to get married before he is deployed; after a year of partying apart from her husband, Ketsy is nervous for his return; the birth of their son forces Crystal to leave the army while her husband does a tour of Iraq.
Military Wives show support for one another! www.MilitaryWifeConfessions.com
I understand there are good and bad people everywhere, but something has to be done about it. I have nothing against you or your husband Ashlie, but the numbers of INNOCENT IRAQUI WOMEN AND CHILDREN compared to number of american soldiers dead is INSIGNIFICANT. Why everybody complains just about AMERICAN soldiers, why nobody complains about poor iraqui girl being raped and her entire family being killed? Is it because they "are not so important as american soldiers"? This war has no sense anyway, when will it finish? When all iraquis will be eliminated?? Think about that. http://www.rotten.com/library/crime/prison/abu-ghraib/ Greetings for you Ashlie and your baby :)
My husband will be going to Iraq in October, when our first child is 8 weeks old. I dont agree with the war but I support him and Faustina, there are bad people no matter where you go. If you dont want to stand behind the SOLDIERS who have NO CHOICE in going, FEEL FREE TO STAND IN FRONT OF THEM! I doubt many people would miss you.
What the hell are USA´s soldiers doing in Iraq anyway???!!! When will USA stop getting its ass in Iraq?? And what right do they have to enter the country anyway? Had you thought about the numbers of IRAQUIS killed by USA´s soldiers ?? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1186595/U-S-soldier-raped-14-year-old-Iraqi-killed-family-spared-death-sentence.html
my boyfriend has been in afghanistan for a little while now. i definetly kno what its like to miss you man. i feel for Mindi, shes a newly wed and alone! thats so sad:( i hope she finds something to do to keep her occupied while hes away. Crystal and Ketsy i have no idea what your goin through with ur military men but i hope you guys are doin well and bein supportive.
my boyfriend is basic right now, and its not that im enjoying him not being here, but its really not that hard being without him, im glad i can handle that though..
Uhmm, why was she sitting in the backk of the car? loll
To the person below who doesn't even have a username. Comments are directed to clips of MTV's True Life not your own personal life. Relax lady, I do know what it is like to be married to another service member with children, but I don't need to summarize about it like you. If you are disgusted about my comment regarding the MTV True Life Episode " I have a husband in Iraq " that's on you. Try going to Iraq and then come back home to raise your children and then your husband gets deployed right after........
I feel for all military wives that have had to deal with deployments, I raised my son up until he was 10 months because of a 15 month tour. Active duty army women like "diggy" have no room for an opinion in this matter because they have never been on our side of this. For example 1/2 military spouses are perfect wives while the other 1/2 you hear about are "gold diggers" where there is no gold. But at the same time women of the military 1/2 are respectable soldiers while the other half are "nasty" good way of putting it, and shouldnt even be called heroes. Where we are stationed women try to get pregnant to get out on purpose because of war tours, but you can be in the military and have a child, nothings wrong with it. This video is only 3 stories probably the drama everyone wants to see. I personally am disgusted by "diggy" and her comment, it just kind of makes me look farther down on female service members. Anyone can join the army but only the strong, patient, and faithful people can be spouses. When Iraq is thrown into a marriage its equally tough on both sides. Lets see some videos of married service members making bad choices with other service members overseas, works both ways!!!! To the heroes at war and all on the homefront, thankyou!
I was female active duty for 6 years and did two deployments to Iraq. These stories are typical military wife stories where these girls get married too young before the legal drinking age. They get married just because their boyfriend is getting deployed to Iraq. Two of them are spoiled little girls. Ketsy and the blonde don't have jobs or go to school. They just consume oxygen. Kesty claims she's an independent woman. Yeah, how can you be independent when you don't work and you live off your husband's paycheck?! I've seen the the story so many times where the wife is in the military and she gets knocked up and has to get out and resents her husband and being at home. There is nothing wrong with being a military wife. Just don't COMPLAIN about the path you chose. Life is full of choices.
ketssy pisses me off i cant believe her these are the girls that probably get married for the money and being takin care off....i was a army wife for 6 years got married at 19. My hubby did 2 tours in iraq 1 year each.....and i took the chance to do something with myself while he was gone went back to school became a nurse. Now hes out he went to school when i supported the family and now we both do things we love im 27 and can say that i love my hubby very much now im a vets wife and will always be there for him through his ups and downs. Im not saying i was a perfect army wife but man when u marry a man in the military i say "Suck it up and take it u knew what u were getting into"
I feel for all of them! I'm an Army wife of a Infantryman at Ft.Drum like Crystal. He's currently in Afghanistan. :[ Being a wife let alone an Army wife is C R A Z Y. You have ups and downs, your filled with sadness, anger, love, anxiety and more all together. I'm like Mindi, constantly have my phone on me, I hadn't spoke to him in weeks and missed his call and it took weeks to hear from him again just like her, and for Ketsy, well seems like she was definably not ready for marriage. Its disrespect, I mean, sure being a military wife is stressful and you don't have your man at home and sure if you stay home you'll drive yourself insane thinking all sorts of things. Going out in her fashion is really unnecessary regardless he's been gone for a year and your 20 going on 21. I guess not everybody can hack it, clearly. No hard feelings, i know where me and my husband stand. Any who, I love this episode, very true. I love my hubster very much and I can't wait to be with him again! Support Our Troops. Until They All Come Home. THE CHOSIN.
My husband and i got married in Feb of this year and he's about to be deployed to Afghanistan. He's in the infantry in the USMC. I can understand the dread that Mindi is feeling, but the other two from the small amount I've seen will only make me angry. It's great tos ee they are making this happen, there are so many women in this position, and its great that they're showing the life taht we go through. (even if it is reality TV)
the only person in this episode that i could stand watching was mindi. her situation made me so sad! my boyfriend is an infantryman in the US army. i agree with her decision to get married before he deploys, and I wish that I could get married to my boyfriend before he deploys for the first time, but unfortunately im only 17.
im a marine soldier ..single at that. But if i had a wife or girl friend it would probably be very difficult
I, unfortunately, know all to well that their are people like Ketsy. My brother was in Iraq for a year. He had 2 kids with his wife. While he was in Basic and AIT and Readiness training she did the same thing as Ketsy, and worse. I understand that she is young, but if you aren't ready to be a wife, why would you marry a man that is fighting in a war. Besides the worries of what is going on around him, now he is worrying about your a** too.
"it wasnt an official marriage" what? thats so messed up ketsy that man put his life on the line for you. i knew i was smart not to even date a girl before i get deployed
well I know what it is like to be in the armed forces. I am a female Marine Officer stationed at Quantico. I see a lot, hear a lot, and trust me I see a lot of young female wives get married to their husbands before they deploy. There is also a lot of heartbreak. It is a lot easier to be single and be in the military and I understand how Crystal feels. I could not imagine giving up my job for my husband.
MY GOD KETSY IS SO WORRIED ABOUT LOOSING HER INDEPENDANCE WHEN HER HUSBAND COMES HOMIE, SHE SHOULD KNOW THAT MARRIAGE IS A COMMITTMENT. DAMN HER HUSBAND ENLISTED IN THE ARMY FOR HER, THATS KIND OF MESSED UP BECAUSE SHE'S JUST TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HIS BENIFITS...
Ketsy is such a *****, all of her happiness is all due because of the fact that he's in the army, she's just a fat moocher. Seriously these type of girls, disappoint me. I hope reality and hard work give her a real slap in the face later on.
