Dale is such a cutie and im glad that he moved because his mom was a nutcase liike my mom would never do somethinq like that if she really loved him she would have tlked to him cuss my mom wouldnt want to see me in a place where im not happy but i send my blessings to Dale & his father hopefully Dale keeps up wat he is doinq

His mom is a whack job. This was the first Juvies episode I watched, and I'm glad cause Dale is super cute. And I'm really happy the judge gave custody to his father. All the other kids still in LCJC say shes a harda** cause they did something wrong. She knows when something needs to happen and when to give someone a chance. Dale wanted a chance to live with his father cause he doesn't get peace and quiet at home, and that's all he needed.

I was so happy for him when he got to go live with his dad. I have a friend that went through close to the same thing but it was his dad that was giving him the problems. His mother died when he was little. He has struggled his whole life dealing with a abusive dad. I really felt for Dale when I watched this and I was glad he had someone in his life that cared enough about him to help. He was lucky. My friend also turned to music to have some peace in his life. He still does.

It's really great that you got to go with your Dad. I'm a mother of 5 and my ex and I also went through a terrible custody battle. My oldest son (19 now) wanted to go live with his father when he was 15. Even though it took 8 years to win custody of him, I let him go, feeling it was what he wanted. It's good to see I made the right choice. Hopefully one day your mother will see that it was the best for you. I too felt your mother was not seeing you point of view. Sometimes hate clouds ones judgement. But just one thing maby someday you can find it in your heart to forgive your mom for the mistakes she made. But for now it's great to see a young man happy and succeeding. Congratulations.

Dale... All I can say is God Bless You and your Dad! I was so infuriated by the actions of your mother, she was OBVIOUSLY being pheony because the camera was rolling.. then tried to LIE in court, but JUSTICE was SERVED! FINALLY a Judge LISTENED to you! I grew up in an abusive home and your story truly touched me. I wanted to find out where you were and adopt you...... until I saw justice in your favor. I begged many judges, CPS agencies, etc to remove me from my home, but they never did. I became the FIRST IMANCIPATED MINOR IN MASSACHUSETTS at the age of 16. Glad you didn't have to go that far. Hopefully, now that you're not in your mothers home, you can start to forgive her and build a more loving and mutually respectfully relationship with her. Thank God for your Dad for stepping up to the plate and I'm so VERY PROUD of you for the positive changes you've initiated in your life. Be good and make your fans (like me) proud!

Dale You were The Only one i Came to check up on in the life after juvies Your Story was so much like mine Sept ~~ When i went to my dads my mom got custody back couple days later i was devastated~ Because i was doing so good but im older now and have learned how she is i learned to deal with her but at arms length ya know and im waaay closer with my dad Im happy you got to live with your dad :0) Good luck and take care stay out of trouble it just leads ya no where ya know and good luck starting a band WHO KNOWS maybe you will blow up and be back on MTV>>> helping other people who are stuck in a similar situation take care :0)

Dont get me wrong, Dales mom is nuts...BUT Dale seems like a little ***** that wants to get his way all the time.. he is a selfish, emo, little brat that thinks everything is going to be solved by going to his dads trailer in north carolina...and even if you dont like your mom.. You should respect her...without here your punk ass wouldnt be here.

The first time I watched this show, I was like why is he going to jail. He just went to a friend's house. Then I just watched it yesterday, and I was like his mom is the biggest *****! I'm so glad the judge let Dale go with his dad.
