I've loved this song since the day it came out. The collaboration was an amazing idea; the song was co-written by Michael Jackson & Lionel Richie. If I were to guess, I'd say this was the beginning of major international relief efforts by American musicians/celebrities. Michael, obviously, never slowed down his charitable activities.
