I feel for Dawn and poor Andrea.. imma miss her!!! Imma miss all of Danty Kane!! Que's back and now he's feeling it and realizes how much he wants to be apart of Day 26.. Also ..I love Brian soo much ..it seem like he the only one who care that Que ain't there and is missing him the most.

....Oh! I forget to say this..... Donnie, man... He needs to do something on stage. It looks like he's doin a sound check. I mean, I'm callin it like I see it. Boring... I mean, he seems to have good material.. He just needs the energy and moves to match it. But I'm not mad at you tho. You have a career and mine hasn't even taken off yet. so....Keep goin Donnie. It'll get better. :)

Ok.......! I have to do my recap on things. First off, let me begin by saying that I'm glad Q decided to clean up his act.......too late for the cruise but in enough time to still salvage a career from all this. I believe he needs time to think and have a reality check to figure things out. I like Q but he was on some other.... Hope he comes back down to earth. Secondly, the decision concerning DK, I aint mad at it. Dude, I love Dawn! She's the only one that has her act together. She didn't let fame get to her head and she didn't let the others' decision to discontinue, keep her down. I'm proud of her. She's talented, cute and has wonderful advice. Q, hold on... You have a good one there. Lastly, what is REALLY goin on? Where do I find the last show? That's what I need to know. HELP!

The biggest issue with Diddy's groups is Diddy. It's not that he is not a gifted mogul, but his approach to management is the problem. You're taking non-season singers and throwing them together, expecting them to establish a brother/sisterhood AND be thrown into a cruel industry with NO guidance!!! There's no way DK should have fallen apart. What they needed was not a voyeuristic approach and a bunch of firing, they needed preparation for being in this industry and guidance. They needed communication. It's ridiculous that groups signed to a label are afraid to go talk to "god" or reason with Diddy about their issues. Labels have a responsibility to the artists as much as artists have a responsibility to them. Good, bad, or indifferent, DK lived their commitment from a fiscal perspective. Diddy didn't live his. He threw away money and let fans down. He made unilateral decisions with no communication and took the attitude of being able to do what he wanted with little or no consideration for how that impacted the girls. I commend Dawn for sticking it out. Say what you want - but she is about business. She GOT it! She understood the brand and didn't get caught up in the BS. Staying close to the exec is SMART. She can't be held responsible for the issues in the group. That's not fair. She got the worse deal of all!!!! The others were fired... BUT she gets to be locked in a contract and go nowhere!!! At least the others can start over. She wanted it the baddest of all. Aundrea sealed her fate when she gave up. A better approach would have been to address the issues as opposed to quitting. I hate it for her, but as an executive, you have to be able to lean on your artists. If they threaten to quit everytime a rough patch hits... well... in the end its about the brand and the money. What these kids need is a crash course about the industry and how to maintain in it... how to not lose yourself in it. not some wannabe king and father figure always holding their career over their head and dangling it like a yo yo. Think of where Diddy's label USED to be... Faith, Carl Thomas, 112, BIG??? With exception of deaths- those artists/groups don't exist and they were HOTT! Everybody is leaving for a "fresh start." What happened to the other little guy group he put together or Cassie? He start and stops too many things and leaves people hangin. Bad boy leadership has killed too many great artists. Thank God Usher broke away. Too much talent wasted. Someone needs to really sit his a$$ down and break it down. You aint nuthin without people building your brand. It would behoove you to nurture and groom instead of tear apart and threaten every week.
