I only discovered this show today and was so impressed that I watched all 10 episodes straight! Congrats Diddy for creating a show that focused more on talent, drive, determination and depth and less on the usual frivilous side of the business such as 'cuteness', bling and quick money! I think the show was also powerful in the way it presented the vulnerable side to diddy, stripped of his usual superstar persona. Its a strong message to send to the kids who think that they do not need to work hard and/or sacrifice to acheive success! A very powerful show regardless of who was selected in the end!

When did this air! Wow MTV did not publicize this finale at all!!!! Diddy needs to slow down - he has too many things going on. A jack of all trades and a master of none.

This was a great show, good exposure and opportunity for musicians and vocalists. Props to them all, they really worked hard. I think Meghan should have made the cut though, she would be great on the tour.

Diddy did an awesome job in picking his band. Jaila is going to outshine his lead vocalist. Homegirl from MAKING THE BAND ( forgive me but I don't even know her name ) is a very weak vocalist....such a commercial sound! She betta step up her game, and she knows it ( you could see fear all on her face)

I think Diddy did a good job pickn the band. I wish he eould of picked one more background vocalist tho! I really liked Megan and I think she wouldve been a good choice as well but overall I am very happy for all the musicians who got chosen and this will definetly be a start for their career. Diddy I love all of your reality shows.! I hope you keep on and dont stop because people who have talent need your shows to get seen! Plus Diddy keeps it funky and very interesting!
