Nikki and Racheal have clashing personalities...Racheal doesn't always listen and Nikki does not know how to deal with her when conflicts arise. Nikki sometimes oversteps boundaries and rubs people the wrong way. Racheal could use some work on being professional, because that will carry her business farther than anything she can imagine.

I completely agree. In fact, I personally find Nikki to eb the more useful coach as well in terms of the knowledge she brought to the table, the issues she localized and how she challenged Rachel.

That's not the only reason why she doesn't have a business. Not getting into the industry until now is also a reason. You don't just get a business as soon as you start or want one. Nikki has one because she's older and started out a lot earlier then Rachel. Did you expect Rachel to get one just because she wanted one?

Rachel is annoying. Nikki was her COACH. She is allowed to teach Rachel what is not being taught. thats why she taught symmetry-the other lady wasnt doing her job. Rachel needs to calm down and realize shes not God. She does not need to be "equally" respected with Nikki. Nikki is her authority.
