Roller derby doesn't pay - it's all volunteer. However it's a surprisingly good way to network, since derby girls and derby volunteers come from all walks of life. I'm a teacher and there are a bunch of teachers on my league and we communicate with each other and help each other. Also, I don't know about in the Roller Dolls, but in my league everyone has to be on a committee and help run the league so it's definitely a way for a young person to learn to be more responsible.

I have been doing pageants for the last year. And i have not wen yeat i really do love pageats and i would love to wen that is when mad u come i would love u guys so much if u could help me cause this one of my mean golas in life is to wen a pageant .

basically the mom just wants her to get her **** together. if she had a high paying future in derby, the mom mightv been more supportive. her partner isnt going to support her---sooo she needs to aspire to something more than starbucks.
