personally, i think that she needs to grow up... i dont think it was the right decision to move to new york so quickly because she is not going to have enough money to get everything she needs.

You need to take off your rose-colored glasses you arrogant cun*s. It's the real world, and she isn't there to sugar coat it, if this naive girl wants to be in the industry she will face much worse criticism and people than Whitney.

Just because people in the modeling and fashion industry are rude and ****** doesn't mean that it is right and it is OK to treat people like that. Whitney was a ****** girl with a bad atittude on antm. Yes this girl was whiny, unprepared, and acted unprofessional, but whit was her coach and should have told her what to bring to a casting. I never would have thought you should wear makeup and have your hair done when you show up to a gig I would have thought they'd want a clean face so they could do their thing without spending time removing what you have on. I wish them luck but $1000 a month for an apartment the size of a dorm room, living with a boyfriend you've been having serious problems with and who didn't want to move there in the first place all with a $12 an hour hostessing job yeesh. Everything costs more in NY not justthe apartments, I hope they can figure something out quick.

Megan is the one of the most annoying 19 yr old ever....crying because you want to bring your boyfriend to NY.....smh....her boyfriend is a loser...He's like so beneath her ....Listen to Whitney and your parents for once. They give good advice.

I think Whitney was just being real and honest with this girl. This girl clearly has a lot to learn. She thinks she knows it all already and cries every time she's told she is wrong. She has such a horrible attitude and a whiny personality. Her boyfriend sucks too, but like that's so selfish she expects him to move to New York so she can pursue her own dream without considering what he wants.

There's nothing wrong with giving someone a taste of the brutal industry, but there's a way going about it, Whitney was overly arrogant and rude, There are real top models who would give the same advice and not come off as a ***** doing it. The thing is Whitney isn't a "well known" model, much less a super model. I'm all for showing someone tough love to get them prepared, but whitney was just ridiculous.

Whitney is just giving her a taste of the real world in fashion. As a makeup artist myself, the industry is not an easy one to break into and everything and that Whitney is telling this girl is the truth. In the real world people wouldn't put up with this girl being unprepared, she would be fired on the spot and there would be no feeling bad for her. 5000 an hour sounds about right for a well known super model....

This girl is sweet and very beautiful, but she is not a model. 000a000aWhitney has a very condescending laugh, I found her to be rather rude as a coach.
