At 1:55 you can see a student in the back who does not look African American. I agree, it's just a school in a predominately black area, just like schools (like the one I went to) are in predominately Caucasian areas, there are hardly any minorities.

This high school happens to land in a predominately black area of Atlanta. It is not a segregation thing. It is a matter of the surrounding neighborhoods. (I go to a high school in the area) I'm really proud of these girls. Pageantry is a big process.
I went to all white schools from 5th to 10th grade, i was the only ethnic person. So ya it is possible even in 2011.
really? really? you act like predominately white schools dont exist either. why is that even an issue. obviously that area of georgia is mainly black, matter of white georgia is a predominately black state. STFU get outta here with that BS

i liked this episode. but they made it kinda predictable. they put all their focus on Kionna, kinda implying that she was gonna win. but good episode nonetheless :]
