I'm wondering too if Kelly Clarkson grew up in a home filled with anger, rage and violence. Did her dad also leave her mother; pack his suitcase, drove off and never returned? If the answer is yes... I think it's really, really sad. If not, the acting here was quite good. I love the way KC sings. She expresses SOOO much of her humanity in her songs and everyone who listens to them can relate to her experiences... :(

is the girl in the video supposed to mean that, that is what happened to kelly when younger?
When the little girl in the beginning comes up to her dad and shows him the drawing because she is very proud of her work, and he throws it in the sink, that made me feel very sorry for her because she was not acknowledged. And to be not being acknowledged feels like a slap in the face. And when the dad tugged on the suitcase and the mother slammed the door in her daughters face when she just came in to say goodbye before she goes to school....man i felt bad for the little girl.
