Vinny talks about the steps he took to heal himself after returning to Staten Island.
Dear Vinny, I am a 46 year old african american woman. I am fighting what you have plus other things. Thank you Vinny, finally I don't have to feel alone, I love you and I pray you will excel in whatever you try K>Q
Hey I deal with the same thing and the best thing you can do is be around people who support you in the way you need to be supported. It is absolutely not fun. I have my attacks in the middle of the night when its hard to find someone to turn to and the next day its like I've been in the most intense fight. Talk to people and don't isolate yourself. You've always been my favorite in the house. Hope you are able to find a way to deal. "When I need help I ask for it"- Chocolat

Dear Vinny: My name is Nanette Lemus and I have problems getting anxious too. It's because I Have GraveGraves Disease a thyroid condition which is genetic. Please get your thyroid tested and ask your;family members to get one too. In my opinion everyone needs a thyroid test of the TSH, T3. and T4 all the time. Whomever has undetected Graves Disease or Detected Graves Disease can get hypertension like a high pulse rate, high blood pressure or both.
Giving good advices as always! I'm going through something like that right now. I'm staying strong & like Vinny said, I'm fighting it. This is not an easy process but things will get better in time. Just wish it was Spring or Summer already so I can be out the house. Love you, Vinny. The show won't be the same without you!
Woooow! Just watched how Vinny explains how he is helping him self. And he said one powerful word "fighting it". Just like any other illness. He must be getting great advice because he doing the best stuff for his illness. You can't just sit around and let it destroy you! You HAVE to keep moving. Playing games, running. Anything to distract your mind. It will take time and strength. Sometimes feels like it will never go away. You had it before and seems you are understanding how to cope through
