Snooki wouldn't have overreacted with her fight with Mike in the previous episodes if she knew that she didn't have sex with him. She would be calm and be whatevers over it, but obviously she did have sex..

Maybe she didn't wanna confess about Mike although she had confessed about Vinny because she probably thought her boyfriend wasn't going to forgive her AGAIN for being unfaithful. She had no choice but to confess about Vinny because it was all caught on camera for the show so she might as well come clean to her boyfriend before he found out on his own. But the Mike thing happened off camera so yeah, Snooki can be lying about it since there is no camera proof.

I agree that she did hook up with mike but i dont believe that she doesnt remember doing the stuff she does.. thats just an excuse so she can lie and not feel like a slut... also shes being way to nice to him and his friend unit, kissing ass so they dont put her on blast again..
