Kirsten is an A student with a supportive family, but will her negative self-talk get in her way of losing weight?
honestly, this is my favorite episode. Not only does the family get involved and support her (especially her dad), they're getting healthy too. I just love how close and loving this family is, like when she was moving to college her brother was even crying. It's just nice to see a family like this. I also liked that she only lost around 5 lbs in two weeks, she is showing it's not going to happen very fast but over time. Great Job Kirsten!
that dad is amazing! good dad award!
Thank you for watching!!!
Great job Kirsten! I hope you keep up the good diet and exercise habits. And also your family seems AWESOME, I think everyone watching this is jealous. Your mom's eye makeup cracks me up though, lol. 000a
The problem is that Food Banks can't accept open or prepared foods from people, unless it is from a restaurant that gets health inspections. They can't risk giving out food that is unsafe. They have no way of knowing how safely the food was prepared or how old it is. That's why food drives are focused on canned foods and packaged foods that have dates on them. So even though he said he was taking it to donate, the Food Bank probably had to throw away most of what he gave them.
First family I see that actually thought of donating the food instead of trashing it. Her family is awesome, her dad is so cool. She did a fantastic job!
i want to be on this show i have not see under 180 cents i hd my son i used to be 140 ... it suck big time :(
I wish my dad was like that, he is way opposite! I wish my dad was more like yours :/
I still can't get over how amazing your dad is! <33333
I freakin love your dad! He is AHHHMAZING! <3
You have the best dad!
I swear I love this show. It's so inspiring. If it wasn't for this show I'd still be sitting on the couch eating chips and dip (oh how i loved my chips lol) but now I'm eating apples and instead of a couch I've changed to a yoga ball. This show is just one of the few shows that I will say isn't a waste of time to watch! And btw can I say..WORDS GREATEST DAD RIGHT THERE!! Most of the parents I've seen on here weren't anywhere to as supportive as her dad was. That's parenting right there :) Plus she did such a great job! I swear when she's running it gives me goosebumps and so much hope and shows me that anything is possible!
I agree. Many of the trainers are like drill sergeants but he was very patient and AWESOME!!
I like this trainer alot more than the trainers in the previous episodes. He's very encouraging and about working on self esteem at the same time and staying strong. Her dad is SO supportive. I don't understand how they weren't able to eat healthy before!
not to be mean but she's still the fat girl :/
Girl, same here! i'm planning on losing 47 pounds this year!
"While Jimi is gone, my dad has decided to take on the role of trainer *sigh*" lol I LOVE how supportive and helpful her dad is. What an amazing dad!
omg dat was a lot of pressure on her
Dude same here im tryin to work on itt :/
Kind of ironic that a TV show about weight loss has a McDonalds' commercial playing two or even three times in a row. Oh and a snickers peanut butter squared commercial as well.
