thanks sizzle. i do eat a lot of protein and fiber, as i know it's healthy & filling (i also eat small meals & snacks like you advise, to speed up my metabolism). the urge to binge does not come from being hungry, but rather because i've also struggled with bulimia for almost 11 years... just an ongoing battle.
Try oatmeal for breakfast slow carb so it takes longer for you to feel hungry then have a clean lunch, and between each meal have a light snack fruit or vegetables and for dinner have a good size meal which doesn't consist of a lot of carbs but more protein so your enhance your metabolism.
