jamaica is not bad if you don't douse it with sugar. i brew a concentrated form without sugar and chill it. it is so refreshing after a long grueling run.

My family is not lazy. They are CONFIDENT and accepting and they love themselves. You only see what we chose to air. Working out like a mad woman doesn't give you confidence. Being accepting and loving of yourself does

My family always try and still do. You only know what you see on television. It is only some of my life. Sometimes its okay to laugh at yourself. We actually all changed our ways. Re evaluate how you think of others and yourself. Working out like a mad woman does not make you any better. Its all about accepting yourself and loving yourself because with out that a life change is not possible. My family is far from lazy and they are CONFIDENT thats what counts

I am overweight & am CONSTANTLY watching what I eat and working out like a mad woman & always trying. I CAN NOT STAND big people that just don't care at all, don't even try & make jokes at their gluttonous ways. Hence her mom and family.
