Sammy is a "Momma's Boy" who has a hard time making decisions on his own. Can he finally grow up and transform into the fit man that he wants to be?
he was so whiny and girly >_< but kudos guy
Im a male,16, and overweight. These videos are very inspirational and I try to loose weight myself but am having a very hard time loosing more than 10lbs. I am 5 feet 7 inches and weigh 210 lbs. I workout Monday - Friday and have a pretty healthy diet. But i dont have enough motivation to workout more than 30-45 minutes per day. If I had the chance to be on this show, it would be the most amazing blessing I have ever recieved. To have a personal trainer as good as these I would improve the quality of my social life, i would be more confident, and feel great about myself. If anyone has tips for me to lose weight or has working diet plans Feel free to email me at "timeismoney2556@gmail.com" Thankyou so much.
Nice job, kid!
He's a cutie<3 Lol :D
It's harder to lose weight for women. 30 pounds in 90 days (3 months) is actually pretty good.
LOL I said the same thing I was like I guess he meant bacon and waffles I hope so because if it was what he said *** is up with their taste buds.
why is it returning dec. 9??
Good time kid
this was gooood!(:
Her and Joey are the two best trainers on the show! Love it!
That was a REALLY good episode, to see someone who didnt complain (at least with his mouth) who lost weight, kept off the weight, and lost tons more...... The trainer is a doll, she really is..... she should write a book or get her own show, i just adore her. Im really proud of Sammy and i dont even know him!! lol And his mom was soooo supportive unlike some of the other parents. Loved this one.
BACON WAFFLES?!
I agree! This episode was probably one of the best I've seen! Its so amazing how different someone looks after losing so much weight, GREAT job Sammy!
SO much better than the last episode.
About halfway through, I was so worried he was going to be another...whatever his name is who lost weight and then gained it all back and stayed fat. I'm so glad it didn't go that way! Sammy is amazing... 115 pounds...that's crazy. Congrats, Sammy!
The first episode with the other boy was good as well, but the whiny chicks are really ruining the season.
bout time an actual good episode was aired. He went from a fat whiny **** to a self-motivated healthy dude... so tired of seeing people that only lose like 30 lb on the show.
Wow! Awesome!
This episode redeemed this season for me. He is amazing and Saran was the perfect fit for him! She is such an amazing trainer and who couldn't love her with a personality like that! She is so happy and so joyfull and kind that anyone would succeed with her. Sammy whooped *** and I'm so happy for him! It's nice to see an amazing supportive family on this episode. His mom is a fighter and has the cutest accent ever!! Urgh I could gush about how inspirational this episode was but I'll just stop here! GREAT JOB SAMMY! KEEP IT UP!
Wow!!! What a great episode. For me, this was a very important one. I have a lot of things in common with Sammy. The baby of the family, mother having had breast cancer, having a hard time making decisions. I was writing in my journal during the commercial breaks on this one...realizations coming through. I could see my own self-consciousness in him. I still am dealing with self-confidence issues...unless one addresses it, it only follows a person through life. Good for you,Sammy! What a great accomplishment and *you* did it. Saran helped show you the way, but you were the one to use the tools she gave you. At first, I thought it would be good for him to have someone like Joey for a trainer, but I think Saran was a perfect match for him Wow, those dimples only got deeper! What a cute guy and what a difference in his confidence!
