Being overweight has nothing to do with genes lol. It's environment. If your family is overweight, you most likely will because your eating like them, not because of genes. There is no fat gene.

Terra's mother is a total failure...and she's an RN??!! You would expect a nurse to understand the importance of good food choices. I wouldn't want her taking care of me in the hospital.

Terra's mother was a total sabotage for her goal. Sitting there and lying about having the right food in the house when Terra had already shown that she had replaced the things taken out. In fact, I am pretty sure her Dad or Mom went back out to that truck after the trainer left and put the same food back in the house. That's horrible, way to go terrible parents.

Terra's mom is going to be on her death bed joking around thinking eating all that food cool. Good thing Terra is changing and hopefully her sister is still following her because she is on the same track as the mother.
