really ... you need to be told NOT to include a photo with your resume? I mean I'm willing to give leadway to an international applicant as the CV often includes photos, personal stats (ie: eye color, weight, religion,etc.)....also the photo wasn't even a professional one it was one you expect to find on her facebook or in one of her friends phones under her number....i suspect she believed her bubbly blonde look would get her through to the next round (instead of her skills and professional talents).
that was disappointing episode, she knew from the start she wanted PR.
