DJ AM travels to Texas to meet Breezy, a 23-yr-old alcoholic who turns violent with the people closest to her.
I'm glad they chose an Alcoholic to be on the show. I don't think that people really realize that Alcoholism is a serious disease because you can just go buy alcohol at the at the grocery store. It's not like Heroine, where you have to sneak around to get a hold of it. I also don't think that people understand that this can kill you, which is unfortunate.
Oh I hope Breezy can stick with it. I am glad they picked an alcoholic. Some people just don't know what dangers lurk in the combo of an addictive persionality and alcohol. I also hope she visits her brother in jail soon. He looks so lonely.
Um, Hell...Blazer...Raiser...I wish I could be around to read YOUR eulogy. Keep hell hot for the rest, k?
Breezy: BRAVO!!!! BRAVO!!!! You did good!!! I am pleasantly surprised that this show has actually helped you. You're doing the right thing and I hope you maintain your sobriety. I had a lump in my throat as I watched the "two months later" section. Good work!!!!!!!!!
I love you best friend!! So glad you got to go through this experience. Remember we are all here for you each and every day. I am so proud of you!! -Ambz-
My father is an alcoholic, my husband used to be an alcholic.. alot of people do not realize how serious this disease really is.. I have been through soo so much.. and my heart goes out to "Breezy"... it will be a life long battle to conquer this disease, she may not ever quit drinkin.. but I hope she realizes she has gone toooo far :) I have faith in you... I hope you can put this behind you :)
i really hope that she is still sober. the way it seemed on this episode though was that the girlfriend was an enabler by coming out to california and letting her come home with her. i think everybody taking part in an intervention needs to be on the same page.
SOOO sad AM is gone = ( He had such great talent and such a big heart....RIP DJ AM
I hope she is still sober! :)
