Listen carefully to both Shotta and Creepa's speeches and see if you can find what Creepa's speech had that Shotta's missed, because I think that's was a key ingredient in Creepa earning the club's membership. Please do so before reading the rest of this post......... OK...Shotta's speech was good, but it showed his "all about me, me, me" attitude. In short words, Shotta's speech told Mr. Bentley "I've changed" while Creepa's speech told him "You helped me change." I think that made a difference.
