Yes, it is legal BUT the people being filmed do have to sign a release in order for MTV to air the footage.

LOL Yeah they must be racist......... Can't be because she was drunk and driving the wrong way on the road, that would just..... make sense! and you call that being hard on her? The officer was nothing but nice, she's lucky she got a nice one. Some are pissed when people endanger others by driving the wrong way drunk. Learn what racism is at least. That was nothing.

This show is entertaining for people who been arrested in past to compare how other handle the pressure of getting locked up or getting caught up by the law. Some of these scenes have to be scripted to make it on TV. That place Chattanooga TN seems to have a lot of drunk red necks in the that city (thirsty bitcahes) .... isn't that where Chris Brown from? no no no Miguel too much Natural Ice will do that. Dude owes that cop big time my friend had gotten charged with public intoxication had to pay $120 in which he borrow $60 bucks from me.

I dont know about the other people but i Personally know one of the People there Miguel and know he's not an actor. This happened to him 3 years ago and trust me he was ****faced that day. He says he doesnt remember any of it just some parts and when he saw himself he was pissed off.
