Geez. She's like "it's a bumbo, so we can sit him on the counter". NO! No you cannot!!! It says right on the side of the freaking thing that it's NOT for elevated surfaces. That's why they were recalled because of people being dumb and using them inappropriately, which causes accidents.

I'm glad Ben is being a father, but it's pretty sad we're all doing cartwheels over him just doing what he's supposed to be doing. Women take care of their children every day and don't get a gold star. It's sad Ben is the exception, not the rule.

Because when you're a teen/kid you don't usually know what the true meaning of "friends" is. I was a teen mother and I only have 2 good friends and I still don't hang out with them often, not because they abandoned me, but mainly because we all just don't have the time.

I'm sorry but I find your comment truly disturbing. I'm 21 with 2 kids and one on the way, I've had 6 total pregnancies. My husband is 23 and he works 5-6 days a week so that I can be a stay at home mother to our children and give them the best start. He's also paying out of pocket for a midwife so that I can have my dream home water birth. There are real men out there they're just hard to find.

Hey, I know this is from forever ago but wanted to TRULY inform you young ladies. I'm a 21 year old mother of 2 going on 3. My 1st I was induced AFTER my water broke because I "wasn't laboring fast enough" and didn't know better that I was actually doing fine. My second I had a C-section for more personal reasons that truly DID save my daughter's life. And now my current pregnancy we are planning a home VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) in a birthing tub. If you want true information on birth please look more into it. Now a days many doctors are more concerned about getting paid and less about their patients. Mothers need to be informed and know what their options on and what is TRULY BEST for them and baby. I recommend visiting http://birthwithoutfearblog.com/ and reading some of the birth stories on there and you will learn fast how birthing really works.

totally agree. im 38 weeks && have been miserable!! but im waiting for my daughter to come natrually. its the safest way!

It is really nice to see such a supportive mother on this show. And see a guy change his ways for his son. It reminds me that there are still good and reasonable people out there.

Depending on her height, it very well might be too high. If a girl is 5'2 and 120 lbs, she only needs to gain 25-35 lbs for a healthy pregnancy. Anything more would put stress on her and the baby.
