If you don't think they're saying not to have sex you and I reading very different comments. Sex complicates relationships. Period. It has nothing to do with being a teen. That's why most women are okay with their husbands having female friends, but not okay with their husbands having sex with other women. All that changed was sex, and things went from simple to complex very quickly. I just don't think damning people is an appropriate response. We should be encouraging healthy attitudes towards love and sex as well as how to access birth control. Many adults seem to be against this for some reason.

i dont think they are saying not to flat out not have sex. there saying for teenagers thats been together 3 or 4 months to be having sex nd hopping in bed together. if you look at all the stories 1-4 some girls said after 3 months they hopped in the bed with each other. sex for teenagers just complicates things. thats all

i think out of all the girls on season 4 brianna has the best chance of achieving and overcoming having a child. she is so mature for her age and she has the overwhelming support of her sister and he mother. she can overcome anything.

I'm sorry but I can't think of any teenage relationship normal and healthy enough for sex and babies. Not just about birth control but the act itself is not to be taken lightly.

There is always the decision to not have sex at all. Wait until its right and you are fully ready to take on the responsibility.

yes its a normal part of a healthy relationship when your old enough to make that choice and your decision isnt affecting others like your parents. if your not willing or ready to be a mother get some condoms and USE THEM...yes there not fool proof but they defiantly wont work if your a fool and dont use one...extinguishing a life because you made a bad choice is no excuse. not being ready to be a mother should be reason enough to get birth control or wait

She said she never regretted her, she was talking about the choice, not particular baby! It's a big difference. That program made for stupid teens so they would not make a bad decisions. If she would sound like "yeah, i had a baby at 16 and everything worked out, there is no regrets whatsoever..." she wouldn't be on that program. I'm not saying that abortion is answer to everything, but program needs to show teens how hard it is, so they could learn and don't make the same mistakes.

im 18 and have a son thats almost 1 and i wouldnt change it for the world no ones every ready for a kid but if you WANT to do it then YOU CAN i LOVE being a mother even though im young and i dont regret it at all yes i wish i would have waied but i never regret it!

abortions are no reason for not being ready why would you kill a child because you made a bad choice its not the childs fault give it to a family that wants children give the child a chance to live dont kill the child000a

Thank you aprilrayne9. I too had an abortion and do not regret it at all. I do take full responsibility for getting pregnant, but im not going to bring a child into this world when i know that i can not provide that child with everything it needs/wants. The more people began to realize that abortions are not the end of the world, the less people we will have living on welfare, EBT, food stamps, government support, or in poverty. What make anyone better then the next person?

I am against abortion, which i why i chose not to have one. I understand that stuff happens and things go wrong, but what i don't understand is how you had an abortion and didn't learn from it ..went off and got pregnant just to go and take that child's life away too ? I know it may have been a good choice for you but these babies are not asked to be created ..so why not insure that it wouldn't happen again until you were ready ?000a000a000a000a000a

Sex should be done when your married ! And even if your having sex you should be on birth control and using condoms ! No wonder people catch A.I.Ds and stds .

I very pleased that they showed a fair view on abortion and didn't vilify her sister for getting one. There's nothing wrong with choosing an abortion if you're not reading or willing to be a mother at that point. 000aTelling people to just not have sex isn't a good solution either. Sex is a normal part of healthy relationships, and sometimes mistakes happen. It isn't for anyone to judge.

Out of all the girls I've seen on all the seasons of this show I believe Briana is the most mature for her age. She has a lot of common sense and good judgement. I think she will be a great mother throughout the life of her baby.
