wow....her mom is such a child and this poor girl is doing an amazing job of trying to be a grown up before her time. She needs to be thankful for such great friends! These girls have been GREAT to her. Head up Kayla!

her mom is the one that needs to change. Telling ur daughter that she doesnt need her all the time she makes me sick her own daughter probably only sees he 3 days a week and non for a long time!!!

This reminds me so much of how my relationship was with my mom when I was pregnant. It was hard because I really felt I need her and it was the exact same situation. :( My heart really goes out to this girl. I was 24 and pregnant at the time and alone, and practically homeless. It was so hard, so I cannot imagine being 17 and not having that support... :(

She did try to breastfeed her son. As much as she really wanted to do it for her son, she couldn't produce enough milk naturally andshe said it was mainly due to her not eating enough food. They showed a clip of her trying on this episode.

yeah. kayla got preston now, and she did a good job taking care of him, but her mother told her to pay rent? it is her responsibility to pay rent, not kayla, bcuz she got her baby.

Ewe, like you live in a trailer? Pretty sure asking a new father who is providing EVERYTHING for YOUR daughter to pay more than he even makes in a month and which some of that would be needed to pay for the new baby is absolutely pathetic. I agree with all the posts about the mother. She must not remember how hormonal pregnancy makes a woman. Kayla probably had an eating disorder and later got pregnant because her mom "had a life, too" and wasn't paying attention to her
