Bam needs to practice for his skate demo at the Mall of America tomorrow. Unfortunately, the soaking rain outside doesn't allow him to practice his tricks. So Bam decides to build a couple of make-shift ramps and use his big screen TV as a ledge to grind. After a couple grinds, Bam cracks the screen of the television and April yells at him for breaking it.
The next morning, Bam and the Viva La Bam clan fly out to the Mall of America. April, Phil and Don Vito are under the impression that they will be sleeping in a hotel somewhere in the Mall of America. Bam, on the other hand, plans on spending 24 hours in the mall before he has to do the demo. Bam hands each person in his crew $100 to spend in the mall. Don Vito heads straight to the food court, Glomb and Raab have a portrait painted by an artist, Rake has his picture taken by a professional photographer and Dunn buys a $2.00 cup of coffee and tells the cashier to keep the $98 dollars in change. The mall closes and the cast looks for a place to sleep. Dunn takes everyone to a mattress store. April, Phil, and Don Vito reluctantly agree to spend the night in the mattress store. Dunn and Bam go to a sporting goods store, pitch tents in the camping section and call it a night.
The next day, Bam walks into the mall with a large group of kids. With Bam leading the way, the kids arrive at the mattress store where April, Phil and Don Vito are sleeping. Suddenly, Bam has all the kids scream--a frightening wakeup for Phil. Finally, the time comes for Bam to do his demo. During the demo, Bam attempts to drop in from a 10-foot stack of TV monitors. Bam slams onto the ramp and is asked not to try that again.
Later, the cast returns to their hometown of West Chester. Brandon makes phony phone calls to two shop owners. In the first call, Brandon pretends to be the owner of the bar across the street from a record shop. Brandon insults the record shop owner and informs him that he will be coming over to collect his money. Next, Brandon calls the bar and pretends to be the record shop owner asking the bar owner to come over and help him with something. The bar owner comes to the record shop and immediately the record shop owner insults the bar owner. An argument between the shop owners ensues as Raab, outfitted with a hidden camera in his eyeglasses, captures the moment.
