21-year-old Tawny has been with her boyfriend Adam for two years.ÿ When Adam decided to move from Las Vegas to San Francisco to pursue a football career, Tawny eagerly followed. But within months, promises were broken, tensions flared, and their home sweet home quickly turned into a house of horrors.ÿ Now instead of being lovebirds in their new nest, they're fighting like cats and dogs.ÿ Each of them are finding ways to drive their rocky relationship into the ground. but because they're trapped in a one year lease, neither one is giving in.

Will Tawny and Adam resolve their problems and live happily ever after?ÿ Or will they leave their hearts in San Francisco and go their separate ways?

20-year old Grace moved from the quiet town of Lancaster, Pennsylvania to go to college in New York City.ÿ She quickly fell in love with Hangman, an artist who is twice her age and growing less attentive to her needs. For the past year and a half, they've gone from being a partying couple to a couple of party poopers.ÿ Bored and lonely, Grace is struggling with the pros and cons of staying with Hangman.
