The United States has one of the highest obesity rates in the world. As a result weight loss surgery and extreme diets are becoming more common than ever. But after massive weight loss some people are left with bodies that seem alien to them. On this episode of True Life you'll meet two young people who have lost hundreds of pounds only to find themselves struggling to come to terms with their new bodies.

Lap band surgery helped Rocky lose over 300 pounds in the last two years, but left him with an excessive amount of skin drooping off of his small frame. Now he spends hours each day wrapping his body in giant bandages to hide this skin from the world, but knows that a full body tuck is the only thing that will offer complete relief. Will Rocky be able to convince his family to let him undergo this potentially risky surgery? Or will be remain a prisoner in his own body forever?

After topping the scales at 250 pounds, Kimberly decided to have gastric bypass surgery. She dropped over 125 pounds but now is finding that she can't come to terms with her skinny self. She measures herself multiple times a day, constantly compares her body to those around her and has started going to clubs without her husband in order to seek attention from strangers. Will Kimberly ever find a way to be happy with what she sees in the mirror? Or will her obsession with her body tear her marriage apart?
