  1. Actress Patrice M. Harris is a very multitalented, intelligent, beautiful and hard working professional who has quickly become known as an actress with a driven and fearless approach to life. As a poised, well rounded and highly technique trained acting professional, she combines almost two decades of acting experience with a variety of healthy life background experiences.

Born in Buffalo, New York, the fun loving and outgoing personality of a young Patrice lead to early acting roles in elementary school plays and local commercials at the tender age of 7. As soon as she moved to Bowie, Md, in 1996, Patrice began to consistently work with a local talent agency in various acting workshops, which sharpened her skills for many roles in school plays, local and regional commercials and independent films. A high school athlete, Patrice also ran Track and played Basketball for two years while playing the violin for the school orchestra. She then studied and majored in Biomedical Sciences at The University at Buffalo.

After earning a degree in Biomedical Sciences, Patrice returned to Maryland and began working at The John Hopkins Hospital as a laboratory specialist. All the while, Patrice never gave up her passion and continued to pursue her acting goals through constant auditioning and studying. It was in 2009 when she booked a role in Stomp the Yard 2: Homecoming that Patrice left the lab and began to pursue acting full time. Making weekly trips from Maryland to NYC for audition opportunities, it was not until she landed the role of Nina in feature film At the Top of the Pyramid that she decided to pursue her childhood dreams of moving to New York City to pursue her dream.

While in New York, Patrice has gained valuable acting techniques by studying at The Barrow Group, private acting lessons with acting coach Marishka Phillips, and constantly attending weekly scene study workshops led by production and marketing guru Miles Maker.

In a short amount of time, Patrice has been blessed with landing roles on 'Americas Most Wanted,' a featured role in Beyonce Knowles music video "Best Thing You Never Had," and most recently, in a guest star role on night time drama 'NYC 22' (CBS, August, 2012).

Patrice gives all glory to God for her success thus far and looks forward to a career where she is able to take on roles that challenge and inspire her.

Patrice quotes that "consistently crossing lines of the unknown has a dual benefit of making one more relevant to others and simultaneously, more confident to oneself within."
