In a very dramatic conclusion, Tila finally chooses the person with whom she's found love.
As the final two suitors who still have A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila, Kristy and Bo anxiously await the final days of the competition. Fourteen lesbians and 14 straight guys have already been sent home, and only one elimination remains.
After enjoying a hearty breakfast in bed, Kristy and Bo meet with Tila, who has one last challenge for them to prove their love. She sets up two huge ice blocks with a heart in the center, challenging Bo and Kristy to use only their body heat to melt the ice and retrieve the heart. However, Tila doesn't want to work them too hard before the big night, so she has decided to find them some help. Expecting ice picks, Bo and Kristy are shocked when their best friends from home walk through the door.
The teams go to work, trying to earn the right to be the first to join Tila in the strip club later than night. But after a few minutes of heavy breathing and booty shaking, Tila gets a little restless and brings out margarita kits. Now the teams have salt and tequila to melt the ice and shakers to chisel their way to Tila's heart. Bo and his buddies reach the heart first, leaving a disgruntled and very chilly Kristy behind to sulk.
The boys head to the club with Tila Tequila, where she grills Bo's friends about his true colors. They assure her that he's a class act through and through, and with that Tila decides to get the party going with drinks and dancing.
Not wanting the boys to have all the fun, Kristy and company bust in for some dirty dancing of their own. Tila takes the opportunity to probe Kristy's friends about her lack of experience dating women. They both seem confident that Kristy is ready to be serious, which is just what Tila wanted to hear.
On the final day in the Shot at Love mansion, Tila takes each contestant on a special date. First, she brings Bo to a sports bar in the house. Bo is blown away by the gesture, and the two share plenty of laughs over foosball and huge mugs of beer. Then, when it comes time for them to have a serious heart-to-heart, Bo tells Tila that he's not taking off his hospital bracelet until she hands him a key the next day. She thinks that's a sweet idea, prompting Bo to take an even bigger step and proclaim, out loud, his love for Tila Tequila.
Tila's date with Bo certainly gave her plenty to ponder, but she still has an evening with Kristy before her big decision. After a couple glasses of wine, Kristy tells Tila she has to be honest with her. Kristy says that she's sure she's in love, but she's unsure about her lack of experience with women and scared of hurting or disappointing Tila. Tila assures her that there has to be a first time for everything, and when you're really in love, things will just come together. They move the girl talk out to the hot tub, and Tila admits that she's falling really hard for Kristy.
Kristy and Bo wake up on elimination day to find their last message in a bottle. Apparently, Tila is treating each of them to a personal day of pampering so they can gather their thoughts before the big event. As Kristy contemplates her journey, she remembers how she struggled as the only other bisexual in the house. She's made a lot of important strides during the competition and hopes that everything will work out in the end.
Bo has had his share of adversity as well. Though he could have called it quits when Chad sent him to the hospital, he stuck it out for all the right reasons. Now, Bo just has to pray that his dedication will be rewarded.
Meanwhile, Tila stays at the house, reflecting on the time she spent with these two people who have won her heart. It's a tough decision, but her mind is made up. She's not happy about having to break the heart of someone she cares about, but she needs to take A Shot at Love.
During his limo ride back to the house, Bo is cool and confident. He knows he's in love, and, as long as the feeling is mutual, he won't be going home disappointed. Kristy, on the other hand, suddenly wonders if she's making a huge mistake. She questions whether or not she could really be with a woman. Eventually she confesses that it would just be easier if Tila chose Bo. Does she want A Shot at Love or a plane ticket home?
Bo is the first to meet with Tila on the climactic evening. After telling him how much he means to her and how much she cares about him, Tila drops the bomb: Bo's Shot at Love has ended. An otherwise speechless Bo can only say, "you'll always have your Bo Bear" before turning and walking away. He rips off his hospital bracelet, leaving it and Tila behind him. Broken jaws can heal quickly, but broken hearts may never mend.
Kristy arrives at the elimination, feeling more nervous and confused than ever. Tila tells Kristy that she's beautiful inside and out before offering her the key and a Shot at Love. But when she asks if Kristy wants to take that shot, Kristy breaks down. With tears streaming down her face, Kristy declines Tila's offer. She's just not ready for the responsibility that comes with accepting the key to someone's heart. Heartbroken and humiliated, Tila Tequila walks back to the house alone. It looks like everyone's Shot at Love has ended.
