The remaining eight girls compete in cooking and cleaning competitions then have a pillow fight to win some alone time with Domenico.
While the competition between the blondes and brunettes in the house reaches new proportions, homesick Domenico really just wants to find his true love, a love that can cook him some good ole Italian comfort food. The girls are in for a cooking competition of catty proportions: the girl who can cook chicken parmesan, just like Domenico's Ma's best, wins a date with their romantic Romeo.
Of course, the dinner wouldn't be complete without a little flair -- so the girls get dolled up in French Maid uniforms to cook up some Italian, in under 45 minutes. Christina can't cook so she's scared out of her mind, Talor's a vegetarian so she's disgusted, and Rebecca's got little experience in the kitchen. Can the girls get it together and serve Domenico some food for thought, or just food poisoning?
Luckily, Kim, whose own mom cooks chicken parmesan all the time, knows her way around the kitchen and finds her way into Domenico's heart. She takes the win, but the competition isn't over just yet. Domenico needs to know that the girl for him can clean up after herself, so the ladies have got to clean up the kitchen -- whoever can clean up while getting down and dirty will join Kim on the date with Domenico. The girls squirm and squeeze and scrub and swish, and out of nowhere, Kathleen (the self-proclaimed Virgin) pulls out all her moves and gets Domenico's heart racing. She sweeps the competition under the rug and makes it to the date.
But not all is quiet in the house: while Kathleen and Kim share the night with Domenico, the rest of the girls break out the liquor and knock back a few and before they know it, Talor and Missy have knocked over a cherub statue. They think little of it and head upstairs to sleep off their liquor haze.
The next morning, Domenico is not in his usual fun and flirty mood. He calls the girls into question and lets them know that the statue was actually a gift to him from a good friend. Missy, feeling awful about it all, breaks out the tears this time and apologizes. Can Domenico ever really forgive her for being so careless? She hopes she can make it up to him and is given a chance in the next competition.
Down in the pool room, the girls suit up and face off. It's time for a pillow-fight in the pool! Pitting one girl against another, blow by blow, one girl reigns victorious over the other and four ladies (Talor, Kathleen, Rebecca and Missy) end up joining Domenico for a sexy soak in the hot tub.
While the fantastic four heat things up with Domenico, the jilted Brunettes plot revenge. Christina and Ashley hope to get the "too-thin" Talor out of the house, but will their strategy get off the ground in time for elimination?
In his study, Domenico pouts over the portraits of all the girls; a few girls have to be sent home, and with all the emotions and tensions running high, can Domenico really choose who the three will be?
In a new twist, Domenico announces in elimination that it will be two blondes going home alongside one brunette, saying "ciao bella" to Amazon Ashley, friendly Rebecca, and troublesome Missy. Rebecca and Missy thank him for the opportunity, but Ashley marches off, having "nothing to say" to Domenico.
Not so fast -- later that evening, Ashley shows up outside the house, screaming to be let in. Seems like she does have something to say to her nemesis Talor and yells for Christina to let her in. Kim and the other blonde girls taunt her from the upstairs balcony, causing the already riled up brunette to bang on the door between violent threats. She's too worked up for even her brunette sisters to defend her, so eventually Ashley takes her fine behind (which she claims is much better than any of the remaining girls') elsewhere. Talk about a memorable exit!
