Jenelle and Kieffer reunite after he is bailed out of jail but tension builds when they have to face court for their breaking and entering charges. Chelsea takes steps towards being more independent and gets some surprising news that her old friend Megan is pregnant. Jo agrees to let Kailyn take Isaac for a few hours on his birthday so she can throw him a party, but Kailyn gets annoyed when she notices Jo's not around when she drops Isaac off.
