Shanell is a sassy diva from Englewood, NJ. As daddy's little girl, Shanell is spoiled rotten so she wants and expects her birthday party to be over the top. And with no budget, that should be an easy thing to do. As an aspiring actress, she wants the theme of her party to be an Oscar After-Party.

For Shanell's "award-winning" party, she will need a one-of-a-kind dress, so she goes with her mom to Versailles, her favorite boutique in New York City, to look for that perfect dress. She finds two bangin' dresses, and despite the lofty prices, her mom lets her get both.

Next, Shanell flies to Italy so that she can get custom made shoes to complement her new dress. She goes to visit Paolo Batacchi, Italian show designer, and tells him exactly the type of shoes she wants. Not only does her mom let her get two dresses, but her mom gives in again, and this time, she lets Shanell get three pairs of shoes.

Back home, Shanell hosts an invitation party in an auditorium, and all the attendees can barely sit still as they wait to see if Shanell will give them an invitation to her party. One by one, Shanell calls out the names of her guests, and each lucky winner meets Shanell on stage to receive their invitation in mini-Oscar form.

Now that Shanell has her guests, she will need the hottest dancers around for her party. She holds an audition so that she can find the dancers who will take her party to the next level.

And since every Oscar occasion has a red carpet, Shanell wants her party to be no different. She goes to "The Original Runner Co." with her parents to get a runner for her party-except she wants hers to be pink, not red.

Just in time for the big day, Shanell's shoes arrive from Italy. As she gets her hair and make-up done, her nerves start to kick in.

Meanwhile, her guests line up on the dock by the boat awaiting Shanell's arrival. Shanell surprises all her guests with her grand entrance as she magically reveals herself by coming out an apparently empty box. The paparazzi are all over Shanell as she leads her party up onto the boat.

As they are dancing the night away, things get a little too out of hand for Shanell's liking as she sees people throwing money around-her classy party is no place to be acting as if they were in a nightclub.

The boat finally docks; however Shanell's birthday is not quite over. Descending from the boat, Shanell sees a brand new Mercedes convertible waiting for her-what more could a sixteen year old ask for. This was the most amazing night of Shanell's life; everyone got to see how glamorous she really is. Watch out Hollywood!
