  1. If there is one thing that you should know about Sucker Free's new host, DJ Envy, it is that he knows how to party! A native of Queens, New York, Raashaun Casey (A.K.A. "The People's Choice DJ Envy") prides himself on bringing style, innovation and luxury to his beats. At the age of 17, he took his passion for music and started out on the road to becoming Mixtape Legend and President/CEO of Blok Entertainment. Since then, he has made tracks in every part of the industry, appearing as DJ, producer, TV/Radio personality, actor and model... to name a few!

    DJ Envy has truly perfected the art of mixing and is redefining the way the industry thinks about the men and women behind the turntables. He was deemed The Best Mixtape Radio DJ of 2008 at the Justo Mixtape Awards and Most Influential Radio DJ at the Underground Music Awards. He released his debut album, "The Desert Storm Mixtape: Blok Party, Vol. 1," in 2003. Since then, he has worked with Hip-Hop/ R&B legends like Jay-Z, Fabolous, Janet Jackson, Nelly, Cam'ron and DMX.

    He may spin tracks from Japan to Puerto Rico, but DJ Envy calls New York City his home. He hosts daily radio programs on Power 105 and Sirius Satellite Radio, and he co-produces The Heart of the City to discover hot new talent. Celebrities like Sean Kingston, Chris Brown, and Jamie Foxx have all deemed his notorious DJ style a must have at their A-list parties, and now DJ Envy wants to bring some of that trendsetting flavor straight to you.
