A tipsy Shauvon throws water in Isaac's face after she falls off his lap.
One morning in The Real World house, KellyAnne cuddles up in bed with Cohutta and scratches his back. While she claims the southern boy really isn't her type, she can't help but find him attractive. During the day, the two are just friends, but at night it seems like something else is starting to happen.
KellyAnne's crush on Cohutta is beginning to get in the way of her feelings for Sutton, her ex back home. The two have been dating on and off for three years and they decided to go on a break before she left for Sydney. She asks Trisha for advice, trying to gauge whether or not she should tell Sutton about her flirty behavior with Cohutta. Of course, Trisha thinks KellyAnne should keep her feelings to herself for now.
Although she knows she shouldn't, KellyAnne can't help but mention the back scratching incident when she's on the phone with Sutton. When she admits she's been flirting with Cohutta, Sutton gets angry and KellyAnne ends up in tears. After hanging up, she starts to worry that Sutton's the one she's supposed to be with and she's messing things up.
Out on a walk through Sydney, KellyAnne tells Trisha, Shauvon and Parisa that she's been stressing about the status of her on-again, off-again relationship with Sutton. Although she really loves him, she doesn't know whether they can both remain faithful while she's away. Later on that day, when Trisha flirts with Cohutta, KellyAnne gets jealous, proving that her crush may be more serious than she realizes.
While Shauvon likes helping the girls work through their boy issues, she admits she's having a hard time separating their problems from the pain she's still experiencing over the breakup with her fiancé. When Parisa tells Shauvon that it seems like she's handling the failed engagement by not dealing with it, Shauvon breaks down in tears. She admits she's been trying to let herself heal by not talking about it since she doesn't want to fall into a depression. She reveals that she's worried about snapping and misdirecting her anger toward someone in The Real World house.
Looking to lighten the mood, the roomies break out Twister. While the others are turning into contortionists, Dunbar and KellyAnne have a heart-to-heart chat. But their moment is interrupted when they hear Shauvon scream. KellyAnne races over to find Shauvon on the floor, crying in pain. A little tipsy, Shauvon tried to sit on Isaac's lap but instead ended up falling on the floor. Hysterical, Shauvon starts yelling at Isaac for "dropping" her. Angry that he's not apologizing, she flips out and starts throwing food and cursing. When she dumps water on him, he throws his hat at her and calls her a "slut."
As Isaac cools down outside, KellyAnne comforts him and tries to take his mind off the fight. Although he didn't purposefully do anything to hurt Shauvon, he realizes he should have at least asked if she was OK. While KellyAnne is talking to Isaac, she lets it slip that she has a crush on Cohutta and is afraid he likes Trisha. Surprised by the news, Isaac assures her that Cohutta has no interest in Trisha.
Back inside, Isaac halfheartedly apologizes to Shauvon for calling her a nasty name. In tears, she apologizes for throwing water at him but she seems to have a hard time getting over the incident. In bed, Shauvon tells Parisa that she misses her ex-fiancé.
Meanwhile, the news of KellyAnne's crush races through The Real World house like wildfire. She tells Trisha she's intrigued by him because he's so nice but Cohutta reveals that he's not that interested in getting too close to any of the girls in the house. Where in the world is this relationship heading?
