It's time for Paris to make the ultimate decision, and she's giving each girl one last chance to prove they have what it takes to be her new BFF.

Paris takes Brittany and Vanessa on a trip to New York City, where each girl will spend a whole day having one-on-one time with Paris. Vanessa goes into intense competition mode before the plane even lands when she asks Brittany to give up her seat next to Paris. Never mind that Paris is fast asleep catching up on her beauty rest; Vanessa wants attention, and she wants it now.

When the girls arrive in New York, they settle into the Roosevelt Hotel, and get ready for their one-on-one time with Paris. Since Vanessa won the last two challenges, Paris gives Brittany a chance to get ahead in the game, and spends the first day with her. Paris can't wait to show Brittany New York her way, and begins the day with a ZIP aviation helicopter tour of Manhattan.

Although Brittany is excited to be sharing this once-in-a-lifetime experience with Paris, her motion sickness gets the best of her, and she can't wait to get back on the ground. Paris understands that riding in helicopters isn't for everybody, and she cheers Brittany up with the best cure a girl could ask for: a shopping spree!

Paris takes Brittany to one of her favorite stores, Patricia Fields, where the outfits for Sex and the City were styled. The girls try on crazy outfits, and Brittany gives Paris a personal fashion show. When Brittany comes out of the dressing room in a particularly stunning dress, Paris decides to buy it for her.

After shopping, Paris takes Brittany to Serendipity. The waiter sells them the most expensive item on the menu: a $1,000 sundae. As the girls dig in to their treat, they bond over the weirdness of the items in the ice cream, and the things they have in common.

Brittany and Paris end their night with drinks at Hotel Gansevoort, where Paris thanks Brittany for being so real and fun. Brittany warns Paris that Vanessa has stalker tendencies, and is more of just an obsessed fan than a friend. Paris insists she's never noticed the things Brittany points out about Vanessa, but promises to keep a close eye on her during their one-on-one time the next day. Looks like Brittany's pulled ahead in the game, at least until Vanessa's turn the next day.

When Brittany gets back from her date with Paris, she doesn't hold back on gloating about what a great time they had. Vanessa gives her a look that could kill, and vows that she'll change Paris' opinion during their one-on-one time.

Vanessa's day with Paris also begins with a helicopter ride, this time to the Hampton's, where Paris often goes to chill out on the weekends. The girls head to a private estate for lunch, where Vanessa tries her best to convince Paris not to pick Brittany. Paris surprises Vanessa with a BFF ring, and Vanessa is convinced she's got the game in the bag.

After lunch and dessert, the girls head back to Manhattan in the helicopter, and fall asleep on each others shoulders. When they arrive back in Manhattan, Paris and Vanessa head to a spa. While they relax in the hot tub, Vanessa assures Paris she's in the game 100% to be her best friend, and has no ulterior motives. The spa day ends with BFF massages, and then the girls head to Tenjune, one of the hottest clubs in Manhattan. While Vanessa shows off her BFF ring to Benji and gloats that she has it in the bag, Brittany shows up. Brittany spots the ring and can't hide her jealousy or nervousness that Vanessa.

Paris tells Vanessa and Brittany that she loves spending time with both of them, and she still can't make a decision. She tells the girls they have one last shot to convince her that they will be the best BFF. Vanessa and Brittany must each write a statement, explaining either why they should be her BFF, or why the other girl should not.

When the girls get back to LA, they take some time to reminisce on their time in the house.The girls know this will be their last night in the house, and everything counts. Paris lets them know to choose their words carefully for the speech, because it's the final deciding factor.

As the girls finish their letters, they find outfits laid out for them for elimination that night: puffy pink dresses, black heels, and Marie Antoinette-style wigs. The girls get ready, and nervously head to elimination. When Paris arrives, she asks each girl to read her speech. Brittany's makes her laugh, and Vanessa's brings tears to her eyes. In fact, Paris is so moved by both speeches that she tells the girls she just can't make this decision at that time. Vanessa and Brittany watch in shock as Paris stands up, and leaves elimination.

As they wonder what to do, Brittany gets a text from Paris. Paris tells them she's sending two cars for them, and they need to be ready to go immediately. The girls split up into separate cars, and are each handed masquerade masks to put on. This will certainly be an elimination to remember!

One girl will be driven to a celebration, while the other will find out in isolation that she's been eliminated. Brittany's car stops at a large building, where she enters a room full of masked guests. The guests watch as she approaches Paris, who takes off her mask and tells Brittany that this will be the final stop of her journey.

Meanwhile, Vanessa is driven to a building where she finds a note from Paris, telling her she would love to stay friends, just not Best Friends. Vanessa tearfully wonders what she'll do without Paris in her life.

To add one more twist, Paris tells Brittany she won't be joining her life. As Brittany's face falls, Paris adds "But I hope you'll join me for our life together, cuz you're my new BFF!"

The crowd of masqueraders cheer as Brittany wipes away tears and gives her new BFF a huge hug.
