About Episode

  1. Ryan is just about to move into his place. The problem is that something like this is always easier than it sounds. Luckily, Ryan's Mom has taken a lot of moving tasks under her wing.

Ryan wants to make sure his transition to the new house is cool, especially when it comes to his little brother, Kane. While playing around at the house, Kane only has one complaint ... where's the X-Box? But despite the 'problems,' Kane is just happy that big bro is just down the street.

Later, at Tony's house, Ryan, Casey and Tony discuss Tony's upcoming birthday. 'Big things' are going on in all of their lives. They talk about how Gretchen is doing a lot of work with Ryan's new pad and even joke that the house will be painted pink and filled with flowers.

Back at home, Ryan asks his Mom about flowers. Gretchen explains that his Dad sent them because she has recently broken up with Bruce. Ryan starts 'tripping' because now both Randy and Gretchen are both single.

Back at Ryan's new house, Ryan and his Dad launch an inspection of the new property. They begin to talk about Gretchen's breakup. Randy admits that he told her that he saw Bruce with another girl in Las Vegas. Ryan is surprised that Randy is looking out for his Mom after everything they have gone through.

While the actual move-in is bittersweet for Ryan, the emotions run high during a meeting with Gretchen and his interior designer. Things get so heated that Ryan straight up leaves during the meeting because he feels Gretchen is getting a little too involved.

Ryan hits up a little skating session with fellow pro skater Greg Lutzka in hopes of blowing off some steam. Luckily, it does the trick.

Later, Ryan drops by Taylor's house to invite her to his slumber party. Taylor tries to talk some sense into Ryan about Gretchen. Ryan also briefly asks about her status with Casey.

Ryan realizes that he needs to be more sensitive towards what Gretchen is going through. During a conversation with his Mom, Ryan explains that he just wants to make sure his opinions are heard for the design of his house. Gretchen explains that it?s just a weird experience for having her first son move out.

Unsurprisingly, it's party time at the new Sheckler mansion. Now Ryan just needs to figure out how to be a normal adult. Such is the Life of Ryan.
