  1. With crossed arms and a steely stare, she keeps everyone at a distance. But her classmates see her in a shocking new light when she recounts the list of abuses she's suffered.

    Sierra is a more compassionate person since Challenge Day. "If someone is dressed differently, I'm not going to be like, 'Why are you wearing that," said Sierra. "It could be all they have to wear." Sierra also started reaching out to students outside of her clique and remains friends with Taylor and Austin. Sierra has stopped cutting and burning herself. Now that she attends church and bible study, she uses prayer instead of cutting and burning, to feel better.
