Alexis Denisof is one of pop culture’s most versatile and beloved actors. He will next be seen in Joss Whedon’s highly anticipated adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic comedy Much Ado About Nothing. Denisof stars as Benedick in the film, which recently premiered at the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival, and will be released by Lionsgate. The film, done in the original text, also stars Amy Acker, Nathan Fillion, Clark Gregg, Fran Kranz, and Sean Maher.Most recently Denisof appeared in the Whedon’s blockbuster The Avengers as the mysterious villain ‘The Other.’ Currently he can be seen in Bryan Singer’s groundbreaking online series H+ on YouTube’s and in his recurring role as the hilarious news anchor Sandy Rivers on CBS’s How I Met Your Mother. Denisof is perhaps best known to audiences as Wesley Wyndam-Pryce on the series Angel, a character he created for season 3 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. For over 100 episodes, Denisof played one of the most beloved characters of what has become known as the “Whedonverse.”He began acting at a young age at Seattle’s distinguished ACT and Bathhouse Theater, before being accepted to the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. Upon graduating he was invited to join the Royal Shakespeare Company in their acclaimed production of Hamlet starring Mark Rylance.Denisof made his film debut in the British film Murder Story opposite Christopher Lee. Cynthia Watros is probably best known to primetime viewers for her performance as Libby during the second and final seasons of the supernatural drama Lost. Kathryn Prescott is currently filming the title role of ‘Carter’ in MTV’s upcoming series Finding Carter. Written by Terri Minsky (Sex and The City, The Carrie Diaries) and Emily Silver (Brothers and Sisters, Ugly Betty), and directed by Scott Speer (Step Up Revolution), Finding Carter centers on a teenager, ‘Carter’ (Prescott), who discovers that the women she thought was her mother had actually abducted her as a toddler. Kathryn most recently had an arc on The CW’s Reign and was last seen reprising her iconic role in Channel 4’s award wining drama series Skins in The UK. In addition to Skins, Kathryn has been seen in Bedlam (BBC), Casualty (BBC), Being Human (BBC3), Midnight Beasts (E4), and Goths (Shine) among other television hits. Her film credits include Dregs, Counting Backwards, Lethal, and she will next be seen in the upcoming independent film The Hive for director Dave Yarovesky.
Zac Pullam, a Florida native, has been cast in the new MTV series, “Finding Carter” in which he co-stars in the role of Grant Wilson, the younger brother to Carter (played by UK star Kathryn Prescott) and Taylor (played by Anna Jacoby-Herron of “Contagion”).Zac has always enjoyed being in front of an audience even at a young age. He was always performing in school plays, talent shows and local theatre in his hometown of Tallahassee, FL. In 2011, he was in a local fashion show with Marsha Doll Models and learned of an open casting call at the prestigious and world renowned Florida State University Film School. A month later, he was cast in a lead role in his very first short film. He has appeared in over 20 Florida State University films, landing the lead role in many of them, three of which have won College Television Emmy Awards: “Cootie Contagion”, “The Hatchling” and “Lemonopolis”. He also landed his first print job for the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry. He continued his love for acting and began taking classes and attending workshops in Atlanta, GA where he signed with a local agent. The opportunity arose for him to make the transition to LA and he and his mom moved in January of 2013. Once in LA, he signed with an agent and manager and then began auditioning across the board. He landed roles such as the “Trident Player” in a Trident Layers commercial and music video, two episodes on “Awesomeness TV’s Kid History”, a “Toby Keith Music Video,” as well as other projects.When Zac isn’t working, he enjoys riding his penny board, writing and directing short films, surfing, playing baseball, fishing, listening to music and just hanging out with his friends. He is an Honor Roll student in the 6th grade, enrolled with Florida’s Virtual Online School. One of his greatest loves is his dog, Tippi, a rescue he adopted while living in CA.
