Rob Dyrdek has always believed in making his fantasies a reality -- from becoming a pro skateboarder to his new goal of becoming a mogul. To help make this happen, he's constructed a 25,000 square-foot warehouse to house the world's first indoor concrete skate plaza as well as offices for himself, Drama, his lawyer, manager and their "Corpo."
Rob arrives to work, driving his tiny T-Rex car into the warehouse and doing donuts before entering his office. He calls in Drama over the loud speaker to complain about how tattered and beat up Meaty looks compared to their adorable new puppy Beefy and puts Drama in charge of fixing the fly situation in the office. He then reveals his plan to meet with Lamar Odom of the LA Lakers (an up and coming mogul in his own right) about investing in his new Asian fusion restaurant, East. He's even put up basketball hoops all over the factory to get a good vibe going for Lamar's visit.
Done with business for the day, Rob moves onto playtime. After attempting to teach Beefy to skateboard, Rob rounds up the crew for a foam pit session that takes advantage of the factory's signature skate ramp that leads into a foam pit. Rob is hit with a jolt of inspiration: they need to get a "super blob" for the Fantasy Factory. Typically reserved for outdoor water sports, Rob figures the blob would be a perfect way to launch people into the foam pit. Although Drama's hesitant, Rob is determined to become the first indoor "blobber."
Later, Drama is attempting to work in when Rob barges in shirtless and hops into the vertical tanning bed that shares the office with Drama under the stairs. While Drama is very weirded out, Rob tries to be productive and suggests they go on a "fun run" to pick up more toys for the warehouse. After selecting a pair of robot legs, Rob discovers a fireman's test dummy that will be perfect for trying out the blob. Drama agrees that "Timmy the Testee" will prevent a lot of injuries.
Rob's manager Jeremy tries to get him to come up to "Corpo" to talk business, but Rob blows him off to go skating with friends. After busting some sweet moves in the skate plaza, Rob's factory handyman Turbo informs him that the blob has arrived. Rob immediately jumps on the giant contraption before helping Turbo and Drama haul it up to the foam pit. The first test with Timmy fails to launch the dummy into the pit and Rob determines they'll need to jump onto the blob from higher up in order for it to work properly.
Rob gets an irate call from Jeremy about the fact that Rob's installing a basketball hoop right next to his office window in honor of Lamar Odom. Rob tells Jeremy to worry about Corpo and let him worry about the factory.
When Lamar Odom finally arrives, Rob gets over the loudspeaker to make sure all of his troops mind their manners. After a brief tour, Rob and Lamar get down to business about how they can best "mogul it up." Lamar likes the idea of checking out Rob's restaurant venture, but first Rob suggests a game of one-on-one. With robot legs helping to make him closer to Lamar's height, Rob's able to beat the pro athlete five to two.
The two moguls in the making head off to East to test out the menu. As they dine on kobe beef, Lamar decides he should have a steak named after him too and agrees to invest. To celebrate, Rob invites Corpo down to party at the foam pit. After successfully launching Timmy into the pit, Rob, Drama and the rest of the Fantasy Factory team take turns getting launched off the blob. To cap off a perfect day, Rob manages to shoot a basketball into the hoop above the foam pit while being catapulted off the blob.
