  1. Celestina grew up in Nigeria and Los Angeles and her path to dance was an unlikely one. She knew she wanted to be a performer, but her mother had other ideas, and insisted she become a professional. So at 16, two years ahead of her peers, Celestina enrolled in pre-law classes at the University of Southern California with the intention of becoming an attorney. But her interest in performing wouldn't let go and soon she was juggling school and dance auditions.

Celestina's striking beauty and natural talent did not go unnoticed and before she graduated college, she was already making her living as a dancer -- shockingly, with almost no professional training. She graduated USC in 2004 and she has been working ever since.

A music video "it girl," Celestina has been a featured dancer in several major videos, most recently co-starring in Prince's "Black Sweat," her second video with the artist, having danced in his "Musicology" video previously. Celestina has also appeared in videos for Missy Elliot, the Black Eyed Peas, Nelly, Will Smith, Usher, Beyonce and Stevie Wonder. Her film and television work include appearances on "That's So Raven," "The 2004 Soul Train Awards" and "American Dreams."
