Think you've seen all the Cribs bling bling? Think again, as you are invited to cruise around the unthinkable playgrounds that some of these teenagers call home. Start off the journey in Indianapolis with Andrew whose technological pad gives us a glimpse into the possibilities of the future.
Keys are old-school, right? As Andrew swipes his card the front door unlocks and we are lead into his dad's master quarters which includes his bedroom, lab and idea room. Shelves, bags and boxes of tools and gadgets line the lab that houses a computer with eight different screens so he can make multi-tasking a reality. He can even work up a sweat while at work as the computer screen has a stationary bike attached to it. Next to the Lab you find every inventor's simplest dream: an entire room full of white boards so that no idea has to be erased or forgotten. The tour of the master's quarters continues with to his master bedroom where intruders should be wary of the eye scanning security technology needed to access the bedroom.
The electronically controlled bathroom is home to a shower that turns on with the press of a button. The term water pressure is an understatement for this waterfall that pours out 300 galloons of recycled water per minute. In case that flow doesn't give a clean enough vibe, he can take a stroll over to his toilet which makes a new case for him not wanting to use public toilets. It not only has a remote control for flushing but also buttons for a seat heater, water heater and rear and front cleansing.
Andrew then takes us to his older brother Ben's room that leads us to his room through a secret book case passageway. The house bathroom phenomenons continue into Andrew's own room as the sink water lights up red and blue to alert him of when it is hot and cold. To escape the heat of life Andrew can retreat to his own indoor tree house where he has a real tree stump, a childhood favorite rocking moose and band equipment.
From there we travel and by travel we mean Andrew rides a wooden slide from one floor to another, to the great room which is home to the aquarium, fireplace and an every house essential item -- the cast of a T-Rex. Downstairs we go to what his dad refers to as the Digital Palace. Feel free to kick your feet up as the remote control draws the curtains, fixes the lighting and allows you to choose from one of the thousand DVD's available.
When Andrew's looking for a little more hands on action he can take a few steps outside and take his pick. He can live it up in his custom built hobbit house or shoot some hoops in his own warehouse where he has a full size basketball court and scoreboard.
While Andrew breaks it down on the court, 16-year-old horse fanatic Alexis is busy relaxing in a playground pad of her own in Tennessee. Alexis first welcomes us to her home through the gates, past the fountain and into her decorated living room and kitchen with high ceilings and modern appliances. She quickly moves us on to her favorite parts of the house which begins with her home movie theatre where a custom built starry night ceiling brightens up the mood.
When they are ready to turn the lights off and get their groove on by night, driving to the club isn't necessary. They can just hop in their in house-elevator and ride to the second floor where the bar, pool table and disco ball are waiting.
Next, we move on to Alexis' hot pink haven where she has custom made bed spreads and a secret hang out room right through her picture filled closet. Once she's shown us the inside we get a taste of how she rolls on the road. First up is a bumpin' classic Mercedes that is a converted golf cart fully equipped with hydraulics, alligator seats and a sound system. Next is her ride, a dodge ram 3500 with plenty of power to pull three horses she calls her own.
Then hop on for the ride as we make our rounds from Arizona to Texas to Georgia to check out these hot teen hangouts. First up is 16-year-old sports fanatic Cole who takes us right into his kitchen. Look under the marble counters and you'll be sure to find a sweet treat. Glass drawers filled with your sweetest favorites and a separate counter with an ice cream freezer and your choice of sundae toppings. Cole's sports inspired room is the next stop until we slide on down a fire pole to the game room. The game room is fully stocked with a quaint tree house getaway and multiple game systems to keep the brothers busy.
Into a secret room and down another pole we go to his brother's room, where we make our way to the entertainment capital of the house. Three small TV's are mounted above one large one to make everyone's viewing needs a reality. When they are sick of the tube they can walk a few steps to their pool table where the family competitions are always brewing.
If they need a break from the heat of the table, they can stroll outside to their poolside fantasy world, complete with a fire place, Jacuzzi, swing, water slide and 70,000 galloon salt water pool. From the pool we travel across to the grass to meet Cole's younger brother...oh, and their full size basketball court. If he's not up for shooting hoops he can always go for a spin with his brothers in their very own go karts.
And then we're off into the sunset to Houston Texas where 19-year-old Gabby hits the hay. The first stop is the movie theatre with a huge projection screen and three rows of inviting theatre furniture. Take your pick of Texas sports teams in the next stop which is home to an authentic base from when the Astro's made it to their first world series in 2005. The game room features a mixture of sports memorabilia, a bar and pool table. From there we get a glimpse into Gabby's own quarters, an eye-popping hot pink and zebra color combination. Through her closet we find a secret hangout, decorated exactly with her and her friends names gratified in bright colors on the wall.
As we go outside, we are met with the perfect summer hangout which includes a huge covered patio, an outdoor projection video screen, Jacuzzi and pool. When Gabby needs a break from the sun she can go and check on her own chickens under the shade of their chicken coop or perhaps pay a visit to her pet pig, Bacon, appropriately named for its purposes on the farm. If chickens and pigs aren't for you, you can walk a few feet and ride off into the scenic backyard on one of her many horses.
Next up is 17-year-old John Michael's Atlantic crib where we are led through his grandiose foyer into his Georgia Bulldogs themed living space. Quickly we move down the hall and hop on the elevator to the basement where we find a comfy set up with three TV's. In case he can't get settled out there he can go down the hall to his movie theatre with a larger than life project screen and couches that will put you right to sleep. For play time there is a studio full of music equipment and an Elvis Presley inspired pool house to lead us out to the backyard.
For outdoor enjoyment we find a grilling station, pool, slide, hot tub and a full size sport court that isn't affected by the elements with its lights and special rain proof flooring. If he's up for hitting the links, he can tee off from the tee box or ride away in his John Deere Gator or Chevy Silverado complete with 35 inch wheels and a six inch suspension.
