About Episode

  1. Just when Cheyenne was starting to get used to living in L.A. she gets word that she has to pack her bags again to head out for another journey, this time for two different shows in very different climates: the dry desert of Las Vegas, and the snowy mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado.

The spectacle of Las Vegas is immediately exciting for Cheyenne but then it hits her--what is a fifteen year old supposed to do in the city of sin? Not a lot, it turns out. So Cheyenne settles in for a night of talking to friends on the phone while mom and dad hit the strip for night of gambling. The next day Cheyenne has a gig at the Consumer Electronics Show. Cheyenne admits that it's a little nerdy, but hey, a gig's a gig.

Next stop, Breckenridge, where Cheyenne is excited to see real snow for the first time in her life. She's even more excited to see her sister Britney, who had to stay in Texas when Cheyenne moved to L.A. Before the gig in the mountains, Cheyenne is scheduled to make an appearance at a local high school to talk to choir students. Since she spends most of her time around adults, an understandably nervous Cheyenne is a little worried that she has lost touch with kids her age. Her worries evaporate once she meets the students and realizes how welcoming they are. One student named Garret even asks her out on a date.

Cheyenne has to admit that, all in all it was a pretty good trip. She got to hang out with kids her own age, see snow for the first time and play two big gigs. That last one is really important. As Cheyenne's mom is quick to remind her, the gigs are only going to get bigger.
