    STORY: A former NFL receiver, Michael Westbrook is also a world class practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Westbrook played football at University of Colorado before turning pro, spending seven seasons as a member of the Washington Redskins and two with the Cincinnati Bengals before retiring after the 2002 season. Since dedicating himself to martial arts and combat sports, Westbrook has become a champion, winning the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) World Championship at purple belt in 2008.
