  1. Ashlee performs at the Orange Bowl half-time show without a working ear piece, making it impossible for her to hear herself. Big sis Jessica spends the entire performance worrying. She knows that even the most experienced of live performers find it difficult to sing when they can't hear themselves.

    Ashlee and her mom visit her doctor to check up on her acid reflux. Her doctor finds that it is getting worse and warns she must give her voice a rest to avoid surgery. She and her band then head to Europe to to do press and perform on the UK music show 'Top of the Pops.'
