Ashlee and Ryan are off to New York to celebrate an "Iced Out" New Year's Eve at MTV's famous Times Square bash. Ash and her friends go shopping and buy funky white boas to wear that night. At the party Ash gets a little jealous because so many girls are flirting with Ryan, but in the end the night is a blast. Next Ash flies to Miami, where she is slated to perform at the Orange Bowl. She gets upset when she learns that she needs to change the lyrics of "La La" and works herself up so much that she even sings the wrong words during her final rehearsal.
