Modeling can be a blur of late nights and fast times and Britt wants to keep her relationship with Christ as her number - one priority. Sabrina tags along as they go to a meeting of Models for Christ.

Meanwhile, Vinci enjoys his late nights a little too much. He blew off two of his bookings earlier in the day--and the agency is not happy. Vinci seems to have other priorities, however: hanging poolside with Adrian and laying down the Latin charm on the ladies. Wait until he checks in with Irene Marie...

Back at the apartment the girls are talking about embarrassing moments. Britt confesses that she had problems auditioning for an Herbal Essence commercial because she didn't know how to make those...excited sounds. The girls are shocked: maybe Britt really is as innocent as she seems!

Vinci's having problems of his own when he shows up at the agency the next day. The booking agents threaten to drop him from the agency if he keeps blowing off bookings. Not only that, Mia tells Vinci he has to call her every morning to get the details for his shoots.

Britt stops by the agency to see Irene. Irene is concerned that Britt needs to update her look and add attitude and sex appeal to her pictures. Irene books her a sultry shoot that makes Britt a little uncomfortable. But she agrees to it because she wants to take her career to the next level.

Vinci and Teddy have a talk and Vinci says he just doesn't want to wake up early and he just shouldn't have to. Britt also has a talk with her mom and tells her she's nervous about her upcoming shoot. She's ever more worried once she's at the shoot and they ask her to wear an open shirt without a bra. Britt is reluctant but they reassure her that nothing will be exposed and that she looks beautiful.

Vinci wakes up to an angry Mia calling him. Should've checked in like she asked you too, Vinci! When Mia tells Vinci she's tired of babysitting him, Vinci tells her to stop the drama and hangs up on her. This earns him a trip to the office for a personal chat with Irene and Mia. The two try to figure out what's going on in his head, but Vinci shrugs it off and tells Mia that she can't punish him like a little kid. Once alone, Mia and Irene confer. Vinci has a huge ego and talking to him is like talking to a brick wall. Irene fears he'll just end up hurting himself in the long run: "if he doesn't get out of his own way he's going to crash."

A very anxious Britt awaits her photos and when Irene shows them to her she loves them. Irene is very proud and says that Britt has just taken her modeling career to a whole new level.

At the runway show Vinci shows up late and meets with Adrian and Teddy. They catcall a few of the models while they wait for preparations to begin. After strutting down the runway Vinci wins the Icon Model of the Week award. Great news for the agency but now they know his ego is going to be even more inflated than it was before. Sounds like bad behavior does pay off in the end.
