1960, eh? Then Joe Jr., looks damn good for having DIED in 1944.....lol.

Hi, I think it would be more accurate to say that this photo is circa 1940 as Joe Kennedy Jr. died as a war hero during WWII in 1944. So, Ted should be between 8 and 10 years old in this photo.
