Glad to see other celebrities still supporting Chris. Yes, he made a BIG mistake, but I don't view him the same way I view women-beaters that have beaten women repeatedly (i.e. Denver Broncos WR Brandon Marshall). I think it's now widely believed that Rihanna provoked Chris by attacking him first. Her own brothers came out into the news after the incident and said that Rihanna gets pretty violent when she's mad, she's heavy-handed, and once attacked one of her brothers with a broken glass bottle. Now, I AM NOT SAYING THAT WHAT CHRIS DID WAS RIGHT. I do believe though that he must have been put in a position where he HAD TO defend himself and had to put his hands on Rihanna in some way, but he shouldn't have taken things to the really violent level the situation went to. He probably should have calmed Rihanna down and then told her to leave the car they were in so that they could BOTH RELAX AND GATHER THEMSELVES. Anyone who knows about Chris' family history and about how fun-loving he is knows that despite how far the situation went, this is NOT A REFLECTION OF WHO CHRIS IS. I'm happy that everyone in the photo and other celebrity friends of Chris realize this and are helping him get back on track because at the end of his career he is going to be ranked up there with R&B/Soul/Pop Legends that had the total package: Justin Timberlake, Ne-Yo, James Brown, Usher (My personal favorite Artist), and Michael Jackson (The Greatest Entertainer of All-Time).
