This all-star track, originally recorded by Marvin Gaye, was masterminded by U2's frontman Bono and Jermaine Dupri. Though it was originally intended to debut on World AIDS Day to benefit the AIDS relief effort, now the proceeds will be split between United Way's September 11 Fund and AIDS relief organizations. TRL premiered an original video montage set to the song on 09.21.01.
